Join our Team of Testers

If you'd like to join our team of pre release testers all we ask is that you report any errors or problems that you experience with the new version, no matter how small.

Error reporting will be pretty easy for two reasons: The first is that we're pretty confident that you won't have any problems anyway, and the second reason is that we have created a small errors.xml file that is generated whenever you have any kind of technical problem with BetTrader 4.0.

All you have to do if you experience a technical problem with BetTrader 4.0 is send us an email describing exactly what happenned and attach the errors.xml file to your email which will tell our programmer exactly what the problem was.

Thanks to everyone who answered our quick survey last month about which interface you preferred. You can read what everyone said in the Results of Customer Survey article. Comment 24 is my favourite one.

And the results of that survey helped us to make the decision to make the Grid Interface free in BetTrader 4.0.

As the vast majority of users prefer the Ladder Interface we decided to make the Grid a place where you can go to stop your minutes counting down while still being able to view the market.

This makes buying minutes much better value, giving you the ability to conserve your precious minutes by switching between the Grid and Ladder.
