"Just a line to say that after constant use, there is only one word for the 4.0 version..... "brilliant".
The new features and fresh looking layout is first-class. I love the percentage weight of money feature and the fact that you can see exactly where the money is going on each horse at any time, and the speed of refresh is superb.
I think this has really put you at the forefront of the market... and am sure it will also take my profits to a new level.
Well done to you and your programmers.
The only problem is that I know you like to make constant improvements, but I'm not quite sure how you're going to do that from now on!

The grid and ladder are intuitive and the default colors are pleasing to the eye. If there is something you don't like, change it, look and feel are all customizable. Having direct access to Betfair radio and the racing form are great additions especially for us racing fans.

"I have been trading now for just over a year, concentrating mainly on Soccer, Golf, Horse Racing and Cricket. When first starting out, I, like so many others became self-taught in procedures and actions of placing trades on Betfair. After months of using Betfair it became apparent that I was missing out on prices and trades due to the multi-click procedure needed on the direct screen of Betfair.
During that time I’d subscribed to a Professional Trader’s Service (BetexchangeTraders.Com), which as it turned out assisted my development and help me to expand quickly a knowledge base of this exciting pastime. Dave Walton the guy operating Betexchangetraders.com was always being asked by his members for his recommendation/advice on “trading tools + systems” including “one-click” platforms.
Dave is very honest in his opinions/advices and he will not recommend something for the sake of it and especially not without trying it himself first to ensure that “it actually does do what it says on the box”. Being a full-time trader he has had first hand experience with “one-clicks” including some scary moments so his recommendation of BetTrader was received knowing it had in the first place been put through its paces under “track test” pressure with a pro, for some considerable time, to make sure it guaranteed the platform could successfully handle his livelihood.
That was good enough recommendation for me to take a closer look.
After I made many visits to the BetTrader Website to view the video’s, which helped my understanding of their product, I took up the free 200 minutes trial of BetTrader to give me the opportunity to try a “one-click” out at their cost!
Due to a problem in-house with my computer I had a challenge activating BetTrader so I had an early opportunity to find out what their support services were like.
The response from BetTraders Customer Services Dept (James) was 1st Class - quick, professional and friendly. Not only did they solve my problem after numerous e-mails (their patience was appreciated as they were dealing with an over 50 year-old without geek knowledge when it came to I.T.!!) but also they gave me extra free time for any inconvenience caused with lost minutes to ensure I had a full free trial.
Following the free trial I subscribed monthly and have since taken out annual subscription. I have benefited so much from this product making my Betfair Trading fast and professional I no longer miss those prices/trades that eluded me with multi-click e.g. I now have the benefit, if watching a game or event live on TV. of watching the action of the event and trade instantly (not forgetting Betfair’s 5 sec delay of course!), so I can quickly get back to the match rather than wasting time (& money!) multi clicking to get a trade on.
How can I describe the difference? Well when I now look back on how I traded before BetTrader it was like driving a car with the handbrake stuck on!!"

"I just thought I'd drop you a line regarding your automated platform.I have used a few and, after having a contentrated period using ONLY yours I must say that I have been delighted with it.
The product is quick, accurate and easy to use and is, in my humble opinion, just as suitable for experienced traders as it is for rookies.
What I also like about the product is the after sales back-up as opposed to many other "bots". The ladder function is perfect and you can see at a glance where the money is going.I believe that I was already a very good trader but that Bet Trader will improve my trading even further.
